Downstairs there is a large open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. The lounge/dining area has an L-shape settee, original French dresser, table and chairs, coffee table, DVD and video. Two chairs easily fold down into very comfortable single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee-maker, toaster, etc.
Upstairs the double bedroom is particularly spacious and airy with windows on 2 sides and a sitting area. The bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and wash-hand basin. The whole gîte has been newly furnished and decorated. |  | Outside, the gîte has its own private entrance and ample parking space. There is a large patio with BBQ, table and chairs and a spacious garden with plenty of space for outdoor games, boules, badminton, etc. Our indoor games room has equipment for table tennis, darts, table football and basket ball. All linen is provided and prices include electricity except from October to April. Cot and high chair available. Pets accepted by prior arrangement.

Jennie is within half an hour’s drive of the Normandy landing beaches and the beautiful historic city of Bayeux. Le Mont Saint-Michel, la Suisse Normande and cliff walks in the Cotentin Peninsula are all within easy reach. For the sports minded, there is tennis, cycling, golf, horse riding and kayaking nearby. The area is renowned for its sea and river fishing. There are also activity parks, zoological gardens, many châteaux and historical sites close by. The forest of Cerisy is only 10 minutes away.
